. Risk and Property'
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured by invoice; in case the goods are shipped carriage paid, upon indication of the customer, the risk is considered to be borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed within seven days by e-mail to Computer&dintorni ().
The goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies, must be reported in writing by e-mail or registered mail.
Each report beyond the above terms, will not be 'taken into account. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.

For any disagreement, the competent court is the court of Turin. Product guarantees

The Customer accepts, at the time of purchase, in full, the conditions of commercial warranty and assistance offered by the manufacturers of the items purchased which may be independent of the will of Computer&dintorni which therefore does not respond to these conditions of warranty and assistance. In any case, the customer can ask for information about the particular warranty conditions and assistance services offered by the various manufacturers by sending an e-mail at the center of Computer&surroundings.

Guarantees provided by Customer
. The Customer guarantees, assuming all responsibility and holding Computer&dintorni harmless from any prejudicial consequences, that their data, provided upon acceptance of these general conditions, are true and allow to identify the true identity of the Customer who also undertakes to immediately inform Computer&dintorni in writing, even by e-mail, of any change in the data provided. At the time of registration, the Customer will be given a subscriber identification code (Username or UserID) and a keyword (Password) whose joint use will identify the Customer and allow him/her to make purchases online on Computer&dintorni. The Customer is therefore informed that purchase orders issued through the joint use of UserID and Password are valid and binding and that the availability of both by third parties would allow them to issue regular orders that bind the Customer, identified by UserID and Password, to accept the receipt of goods ordered and payment of what is due. The Customer is therefore required to keep both the identification code and the password with the utmost diligence, keeping them both secret for the duration of the relationship with Computer&dintorni. The Customer is also informed of the need to keep the password and the identification code to communicate toComputer&Surroundings a valid e-mail address in order to allow Computer&Surroundings the forwarding of order confirmations and any possible communication.

. Modality> to exercise the right of withdrawal
. The right of Withdrawal is exercised by the Customer sending, within 7 (seven) days of purchase, an e-mail with the reasons for the withdrawal ().
Such communication will have to necessarily contain all of the following:
